Performed all my katas in a slow, controlled way with focus on my techniques. Ended the session with some basic kihon. Tomorrow it&#8217;s time for a training session with my Sensei, it&#8217;s gonna be real fun. Only 11 days left until the nordics.<\/p>\n<p>Otherwise I have only been studying today.
