So here I am. Done with this year’s european championships. I had a hard draw, were up against the silver medalist from the last World championships in the first round, which I lost. She went to the final so I got to the repecharge, there I won my my first match against Slovenia 5-0, and then I lost the match before the Bronze-match with 3-2 against England. So we arrived in Zürich last night. The flight was ok, no problems. So we all went for dinner and then to bed. Slept like a baby haha So today, the day before competition, we got no special plans. We got a training session at 16.00 and after that we’ll have dinner and then we’r just gonna chill at our rooms. I’m really looking forward until tomorrow. My body is feeling great so I’m just gonna give 110% and then we’ll see what happens. Maybe if we got time we’ll take a look at the arena today. If we do, I’ll update with some pictures later. Btw...

So these last days I have been training really hard. Been with my Sensei several days in a row. That means a lot of training, a lot of studying, and less time for the blog. But now I’m here again. I have been so busy these last two weeks, insanely busy. But now I’m back on track. At Uni we have started to read about the immunsystem again but this time with focus on the pathophysiology.
