Train hard, and then rest hard.
It’s not only important to train hard, it’s important to rest too. If you want to be successful you gotta give your body time to rest, so today is my only rest day before the Swedish national championship. This year the competition will be held in Gothenburg, so during friday I will start my travel. Today I have been at the university for a short lesson and after that I have studied a lot on my own. Had a 10 minute break in the sun but now I’m back again with my books. This was a short post but really gotta finish my...

Back in Sweden. I’v had a really great trip to Istanbul, but it feels great to be back in my home, in my dojo, in my bed. You gotta enjoy the moment, and I enjoyed our trip but now I will enjoy being home. The weather wasn’t that good in Sweden though… Cold… Windy… Uh… Istanbul was so much better. Anyway, tomorrow I’m back at University and after that I’ll have a hard session with a lot of sequence-training I think. The picture is on me and some of the sweet turkish kids I met in Istanbul who wanted to take a photo with me. Winners never quit....

First of all, our hotel had WIFI but not good enough to upload my pictures and the posts… Extremely annoying haha. Anyway, the competition didn’t really go as I wanted. I was out in the first match after a really big balance mistake. It literally sucks to do a miss like that, but I know I gave everything I had which made me “go too hard” and made me loose my balance. I’m young, and I have learned my lesson. I know what I need to work on so right now I just wanna get back in the dojo and train really hard. We had two training sessions with our national coach in...

Here we go. Today the swedish national team is leaving to Türkyie and the Senior european championship. The competition starts on thursday with my class first, we’ll probably start around 10.00 (turkish time). I’m feeling ready for the competition and it’s gonna be so FUN to compete again. I’m really gonna give everything I got and then we’ll see what happens. My last session yesterday went also great. I’m proud to once again represent my country, so right now I just wanna land in Istanbul, get ready and compete. I will update my blog as soon as I got WIFI...

It has been a really long day.. A sunny day though, perfect time for a moment to relax with my guitar. Otherwise I have basically (except for my training of course…) studied like a real crazy-person here at home all day long. Started the day with a training session which went OK. Not many days left now. Tomorrow I got my exam so wish me...
