Not satisfied.

First of all, our hotel had WIFI but not good enough to upload my pictures and the posts… Extremely annoying haha. Anyway, the competition didn’t really go as I wanted. I was out in the first match after a really big balance mistake. It literally sucks to do a miss like that, but I know I gave everything I had which made me “go too hard” and made me loose my balance. I’m young, and I have learned my lesson. I know what I need to work on so right now I just wanna get back in the dojo and train really hard.

We had two training sessions with our national coach in Istanbul and both sessions went great. So I already feel that I have improved my katas one more step.

WORK HARD!

Here we go. Today the swedish national team is leaving to Türkyie and the Senior european championship. The competition starts on thursday with my class first, we’ll probably start around 10.00 (turkish time). I’m feeling ready for the competition and it’s gonna be so FUN to compete again. I’m really gonna give everything I got and then we’ll see what happens. My last session yesterday went also great. I’m proud to once again represent my country, so right now I just wanna land in Istanbul, get ready and compete.

I will update my blog as soon as I got WIFI again so if you want to follow my trip, come back later for next update 😉

Yesterday I had my exam which took me four hours to finish.. So long time, my brain gets so tired after those exams haha. Anyway, after I started with packing my bags to Turkey, and I also had time for a training session in my dojo during the evening. Today we had our last national camp before the europeans, and it felt great. Focus, believe, achieve.

New week tomorrow with only one day in Sweden and the rest in Turkey. Work hard train hard

The picture is on me and some of my friends from the national team. Best team ever.

Long day

Posted by on Mar 13, 2015 in Blog | 0 comments

It has been a really long day.. A sunny day though, perfect time for a moment to relax with my guitar. Otherwise I have basically (except for my training of course…) studied like a real crazy-person here at home all day long. Started the day with a training session which went OK. Not many days left now.

Tomorrow I got my exam so wish me luck.

No pain, no gain.

So everything I do right now is study and train. Been training a lot this week, preparing for the senior europeans next week. Feels like every session makes a difference, my katas are improving and my body is starting to feel ready for competition. About my studies, I got an exam on saturday so trying to prepare for that one too. If I only read all my notes once it takes me almost 12 hours, so I got a lot to learn and a lot to remember.

Right now I’m at the university, studying for the exam haha. We got a lesson later about vaccinations so it’s gonna be interesting.

Looking forward to today’s training. NO PAIN NO GAIN.

Only 8 days left until we leave for the Senior europeans in Turkey. 10 days left to competition. I’m really looking forward. All my days are totally full – study, train, eat, sleep, repeat. Now it’s just all or nothing.

Busy week.

Feels like my life is really back on track again cause nowadays I’m sooo busy!! But hey I like when my life is like that so I’m not complaining. So what have I been doing? First of all I have trained like a crazy person, feels like all my katas have really improved a lot during just this week. The senior europeans in Turkey is in two weeks so now it’s only “work hard, train hard”. Except for training I have been studying a lot, I have an exam 14th Mars so it’s quite soon. So now as soon as I’m not training I’m studying.

Today I think I will follow my brother to Örebro and help him find a suit to his prom. Tonight I got a training in my Dojo here in Arboga and then I’m just gonna study.

What a great weekend for me! Saturday was competition-day at Estonia open. After four matches and a lot of hard work I was the winner. It felt like my katas became better and better for every match I did. On the evening, it was announced that I was also selected to the Senior European Championship later this month in Istanbul, Turkey. Really looking forward. Now I’m just gonna train harder than never before and give everything I got.

My weekend ended with a session at the gym with my dad. And today started with a long and hard karate session. Go hard or go home.

Oh dear, today’s training went so f**cking great!! I really nailed it. This is love. I just love my karate, this is my passion. Speaking of good things, my whole day has been great. I’v “only” studied but I got a lot of work done, and after that was my training, and now I’m just relaxing in the sofa and preparing for one more karate session before bedtime. Tomorrow I leave for Estonia Open, and yeah as usual I’m really looking forward 😉

The necklace is bought fro WKF.

Stop wishing, start doing.

Busy me. This was my first weekend home, in sweden, for a very long time. At least it feels like that haha. Been to france, holland, switzerland during less than three weeks. Next weekend I’m going to Estonia, it’s gonna be so fun. I spent this weekend in my dojo, training and preparing for next weekend. Dutch open didn’t really go my way so now I’m focusing on next competition which is Estonia open.

Today was also first day back at uni, we have had this internship for three weeks so now it’s back to all books again. Actually it’s gonna be fun. My time at the internship has been great!! Loved every minute of it!! But now it’s gonna be good to also go back to the books and learn more.

Training time – stop wishing, start doing.
