Only one day left until my exam.. Feels like I haven’t been outside for weeks.. lucky that isn’t the case haha. What have I been doing this week? I spent my monday at the university for the last lectures, and then I spent the evening at ÖKK, which is a gym in Örebro. Tuesday was rest day so I only studied all day long. Wednesday (which is today) started with a karate session and after that I’v only been studying… Fun.

During this week my first own stethoscope arrived! Finally! Have been waiting for that several weeks now.. Almost think the rest of my family think it’s more fun than what I think (at least they are using it more often than what I do) 🙂 Maybe I got a “soon-becoming-doctor brother”? Who knows…

Just back home from the national camp at Bosön. The training today went really great, felt like my katas was better than yesterday which always is a good sign of improvement. My schedule now is just so full.. This week I got my exam, the week after I’m going to both Paris and Sundsvall. And among all these things I got school and my trainings of course. Busy busy busy..

Time to study…

Spending this weekend at Bosön for our national training camp. So today we had a karate session, and tomorrow we got two more, and on sunday another two sessions. Today’s session went okey, didn’t feel like my techniques became as good as I know I can do them. Always want my katas to look a hundred per cent, and always want to make some kind of improvement. Gonna sleep now and then tomorrow I’m gonna eat a gigant breakfast and then get back to it. Don’t know what is planned for tomorrow’s session but I’ll bet it gonna be a lot of fun and gonna help my katas to move forward.

Sleep well.

Always show respect.

Yesterday was a long day. Got up early and went to the university to study.. Studied all day until 17.30, ate my dinner and then went to my karate session with my Sensei in Karlskoga. The session went great!! Really felt like I improved my katas. I was all sweaty when the session was done which always is a plus. My body was tired, but my brain was deadly tired haha. When you are working with the techniques you gotta have focus all the time which makes your brain tired of course.

Today I’m staying at home cause I have no school. That doesn’t mean I won’t study though.. That’s actually what I’m doing right now. Tonight I’m either going to the gym or the dojo, we’ll see.. 🙂

The picture is from the Swedish national championships 2014. Always show your opponents respect. If you win, show respect and then go home and practice more. If you lose, show respect and then go home and practice more. Oss

Go hard or Go home

Hope you enjoyed my last post about 2014. Enough with 2014, let’s welcome 2015 for real. Today I started my day with my preparation for the exam next week. It’s actually going quite well for once haha but starting to get tired now of all the reading. Think I will take a break and go out for a run. And later practise Karate, probably start with Kihon at today’s session…

My 2014.

Posted by on Jan 5, 2015 in Blog | 0 comments

I started this morning with my “2014 resumé” and I realized that I have done so many things. I have been a lot in school, practiced my karate, been traveling, and many many many more things. This is just a few of all the things I’v done this year:

– Completed almost 1,5 year at medical school.

– Won gold at the Swedish national championships in both Senior and U21.

– Been in France, Holland, Portugal, Germany (twice), Turkey, Austria, Finland, Denmark, Latvia.

– Surprised my grandparents in northern Sweden twice.

– New personal best with 7 chins.

– Got placed 9th at Istanbul Open, and 11th at Salzburg Open.

– Turned 20 years old. (plus celebrated two years with my driver license, hallelujah)

– Have gotten to know many new friends from both Sweden and other countries (Hong Kong, Switzerland, Italy, Brazil, Tunisia, England and many more) 🙂

– My blog received more visitors from abroad, plus the numbers of visitors have increased a lot.

As I said, all these things are just a few of many I’v done this year. Enjoy the pictures and come back for next update 😉 Happy new year everybody!

Norrland.

Posted by on Jan 3, 2015 in Blog | 0 comments

Got back home from Norrland (northern Sweden) yesterday. When I boarded the plane it was snowing, and when I landed in Stockholm it was sunny, no snow, and +8 degrees.. What a difference. It almost feels like spring in my town…? Today I’m celebrating New year’s eve again but this time with my best friend, Lana. So after today it will officially be 2015 in “my world”. Beside that I’m gonna study all day.. Got the exam in less than two weeks. Always got time for my trainings though, so thinking of starting this day with a karate session in my Dojo.

The pictures is from my trip.

New year’s eve

Posted by on Jan 2, 2015 in Blog | 0 comments

So I took a last minute flight to my grandparents, whom live in the north part of Sweden. I just love that place. I love the snow. I love my grandparents. I love their dialect. I arrived at New year’s eve right before lunch time. So I spent my new years eve with them and my cousins. My end of 2014 was great, and my beginning of 2015 was great!! I just got back from the airport after taking the flight back home this morning, so this update will be really short but I’m thinking of doing some kind of resumé of my 2014 during the weekend.

How did you welcome the new year?

Great morning.

The sunlight shone me right in the face this morning. Was great to wake up like that, felt like cinderella or something simliar haha So what are the plans for today? Actually I’m thinking of spending most of the day studying for the exam I got in january.. Feels like i rather study a bit every day instead of doing everything the last week. Plus I’v just got back from my Dojo so the energy is on top, but at the same time at the “bottom”.. Always get a lot of energy after my trainings but still feeling so tired haha

Enjoy the sun today, it might rain tomorrow.

Xmas

Posted by on Dec 24, 2014 in Blog | 0 comments

So this is christmas. I just love this holiday. A perfect time to spend with your family, just eat, relax and have a good time. Plus I’m a big fan of the christmas music and the snow (where is the snow this year btw???)… I hope you all have had a great day with your loved ones. At least I have. I have spent the day with my parents, my lovely brother and my one and only none-biological sister, Lana. (Ended the day with a session in my dojo, do what you love, right?!)

Merry christmas everybody! The pictures are from this morning.
